MItchell's Macapuno Ice Cream Cake

Last Friday, I finished my second mid-term in Geometry and was done with school that day so I headed out to embark on a journey to obtain the San Francisco renowned Mitchell's Macapuno ice cream - on a cake. It was decided that a get together would occur on that evening at the house of some friends and I was in charge of preparing the meal. By the end of the week, the impromptu dinner became a second party - the birthday party thrown by me. I was extremely nervous/excited...I couldn't quite tell which, but I was determined that Mitchell's Macapuno Ice Cream cake would be a key item on the menu.

Never had I enjoyed such a wonderful gathering of friends...and we had the cake and ate it, too!
